Studio space Auckland

We have a studio space available to rent, sharing with FLEET FM, one other tenent, and a cafe downstairs, located upper Symonds St.
The space is $80 per week, and is available from right now untill early July 2010. The space is the size of a small bedroom and could share about 3 people. So far it has been used for sound and video editing as wellas fasion design.
The room is quite flash so we'd prefer if you could keep it in reasonable condition, and no toxic fumes.
We have have kitchen and bathroom facilities, internet and a phone line, all on a user pays basis.
