Tinopai, two hours north of Auckland. Detached spacious studio/shed with storage/sleeping loft, basic furnishings and facilities, including kitchenette. Solar power and hot water provided, provide own LPG gas for cooking/heating, share bathroom, laundry and telephone with main house. No broadband or cellphone reception. Walking access through forest to isolated Kaipara beaches. One person only - suit writer or similar. Casual or short term enquiries welcome. Rent negotiable. References required.
