Flat available with music space, Newtown

We are looking for flatmates for a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms in Newtown, wooden and full of character.

There are 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, over two stories.

Lots of space for bookshelves, art, possessions, etc.

The best part, is a music room, with a capturingly beautiful baby grand piano, drum kit, amps etc.

The plan is to have it used as a practice space for solo or small group musicians.

We will be setting up the house from scratch, although furniture and whiteware is established. Looking for people to share the house, perhaps some meals and conversation; and maybe even other things (landscaping, gardening, music sessions - we will see). :) Short term is a possibility- especially if a traveller or in transit but with something to contribute!

Also, a good sense of respect/cleanliness is needed to start off well, otherwise, just genuine.

We used to get a organic vege box and have a supply of wholesale dry foods to share, this is flexible. Bills are shared as they come up and usually come to around $15-20/week extra.
