Office space is available at Toi Poneke Arts Centre – the Wellington City Council facility for emerging artists.

These spaces are suitable for arts organisations or businesses interested in operating amongst Wellington’s vibrant art sector. As well as being a hub for the local arts community, Toi Poneke is home to 27 arts businesses and organisations, and over 30 independent studio artists.

West Building Ground Floor, Room 3, 13 sqm, $357.50 per month excl GST

West Building First Floor, Office 7, 14 sqm, $392.00 per month excl GST

East Building Third Floor, West Office, 16sqm, $440 per month excl GST

West Building Second Floor, Room 1, 75 sqm, $1,450.00 per month excl GST

East Building Third Floor, South Office, 160 sqm, $3093.33 per month excl GST

Rent includes gas heating, electricity and water as well as use of the communal areas and the West Building meeting room.
Bathrooms and communal areas are maintained by our cleaners.
