We have a little corner of real estate going cheap in our open plan studio.

We are sewers, designers, a painter and an architect. There are 2 of us there almost full time and a few others who use the space occasionally.
We've located on Tasman Street... it's about a 15minute walk to Courtney place or the Newtown shops.
