Bedsit or Office in Dunedin Available in Shared Flat With One Other

A flat in Dunedin with two bedsit spaces, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an art gallery that is open only at night. Each 'bedsit' is actually a separate room - one is an actual bedroom and the other is what would be a living room - but I live in it like a bedsit. Both bedsits are somewhat small - the one available is probably better used as an office during the day - unless you like living in a bedroom sized living space. The hall way, kitchen, bathroom are shared space...and the gallery can be used in the day as a sitting area - but it is open for visitors at night.

Its an unusual arrangement so it would suit an unusual person. Prefer male, non-smoker, gay-friendly, light drinker. The flat is right on George Street above cafes and shops amongst a vibrant cultural experience right in the city centre that has a European feel...it surely doesn't seem like 'Dunedin'.

The room could also just be used as a small writing, art, or other type of studio/office during the day.

$110 + shared expenses (electricity and phone/dial-up - although if broadband was required we could negotiate a return to that service)
