Two rooms are available in a large house in Berhampore, Wellington.
One is large and the other medium-sized. The large room is available now and the other November 7.
Our awesome 6 bedroom home has 2 bathrooms (one with a bath), large living spaces, wireless broadband/TV/DVD player etc & vege gardens in the backyard.
To share with 3 females (a dancer, filmmaker & librarian) and 1 male (an engineer), in their late 20’s to early 30’s.
We’re looking for 25+ folks who are responsible, clean and sociable.
Rent is cheap as chips at $145 pw (both rooms are the same) including all expenses, and there is no bond.
No cats unfortunately as one of us is allergic!
