Established Bay of Plenty Dance School for sale due to ill health

Hello
We have an Established Dance School in Tauranga with approximately 150 students enrolled, very high standard in BBO and contemporary dance (NZMDA - Anne Dewey's syllabus). We are selling this school due to ill health. The studio is a good size, in an excellent part of Tauranga, sprung floors, etc, etc. This may appeal to the families of post grad students who want to step into a fully functional school with a very good local reputation.
