Web Designer Required

I am currently look to update my website and give it more life, as it currently looks dull and does not reflect the image of my radio station.

I need some one to create me a new website, something that reflects the station sound. 

This will be unpaid work ... HOWEVER if you can do a good job... you will get a shining reference the odd pizza voucher... and maybe a job.
