Circus Skills and Fitness Classes : New Term!

The Wellington Circus Trust runs circus classes for those wanting to learn circus skills - or just have fun and get fit.

On offer are a wide range of activities, suitable for beginners to advanced, and a wide range of fitness levels!

Circus Fit : basically circut training on circus equipment, is for fitness, strength and fun. Great to supplement other fitness or to prepare you for circus classes requiring a higher level of fitness (like chinese pole).

Hula Hoop: tone your tummy and learn the classic skills of hooping - great for an easy fitness entrance.

Handbalance, Acro Tumble,  Acro Balance and Chinese Pole: for Extreme fitness - you will need the ability to hold a good strong handstand for most of these classes, and prior experience in gymnastics or circus is needed.

Aerials for beginners: learn the basics of aerial circus tissu and trapeze. These beginners classes are very popular, and students can continue on through levels 1, 2 and 3 to advanced Aerials and Trapeze classes.

Teen Circus: specific classes for 13 - 16yr olds offering a wide range of skills and chances to learn with several tutors to experience different styles and specialities. Great for kids who want to move on from compeditive gymnastics.

The next term begins on October 12, and there are early bird booking discounts available.
