TEDx in Auckland

Organised by Kiwi TED delegate, Richard Hollingum of The Department of Doing.

At TEDxAuckland we will be in pursuit of the future and ideas worth doing. Inspired by TED, we're assembling an incredible lineup of speakers whose ideas and ingenuity will thrill, enlighten and inspire and it's here that the key to a better future will be found.

TED started in 1984 as a conference, bringing together remarkable people from the worlds of Technology, Entertainment and Design. Since then, it has become an institution; the platform for some of mankind’s greatest ideas and creativity.

TEDx is an officially sanctioned, but independently organised TED event.

Speakers include rebellious chemist Ray Avery, philanthropist Scott Gilmour, athletes, technologists and medicos.
