      As a comedian, he is a regular at the LAUGH FACTORY and tours nationally and
internationally as a headliner.  He has also appeared on VH1, Comedy Central,
and Spike TV as a comic.  An hour comedy special he wrote with Jamie Kennedy
entitled "Uncomfortable" will premiere on Showtime this fall.

      Bill Dawes has recently starred in the first play produced by the NFL called
"Lombardi," appearing on Broadway.  He has also appeared in over a dozen
independent films, including "Adam," "I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell,"
"Evenhand," "High Art," and the upcoming film "They're Out of the Business."
He played lead roles in two MGM children's films, "JUST FOR KICKS" and "RECIPE
FOR DISASTER." On TV, he has been seen in several hit shows, including 'SEX
and the CITY," "OZ", "LAW and ORDER," "CRIMINAL INTENT," with recurring roles
on "DAMAGES," "ALL MY CHILDREN," and "ONE LIFE TO LIVE."
