The Slow Flow Show - 2009

This two hour workshop will provide an overview of the basics of producing, with a particular foucs on dance.  It will be useful for emerging producers and choreographers, currently producing or considering producing a show.

Pecha Kucha has taken the world by storm and sells out in every city where it is presented. The very first Pecha Kucha Night for West Auckland will be held as part of the Going West Books and Writers Festival 2010

In many ways the Book Market is a reflection of the people who come and set their stalls for the morning and hope to sell more than they spend at the other booksellers.

Some are hard-nosed pro's who honed their skills in the competitive garage sale / Lion's $1.00 book markets and some, well  they just seem to have too many books and this might  be a good way to clean up spare room.

But everyone pays the same and it is a truly transparent open market with willing buyers and willing sellers.

All this enhanced by Bethuenes' guru Francis McWhannell giving the odds on values and auctioning unusual and slightly rare items.

Topped off with good sounds and excellent eats.
