The Emerging Art Show 2010

More than 500 original artworks from emerging and established New Zealand artists will be on display and available for purchase at The Emerging Art Show Saturday 31st July – Sunday 1st August 2010 at Alexandra Park, Auckland.

The event offers both the chance to discover New Zealand’s newest artistic talents and a remarkable opportunity to purchase original works at no more than $3000 from a lineup of rising young stars such as Lucy G, who’s award-winning art is snapped up at exhibitions. Further exhibitors include John Towers (abstract), Rachel Rush (oil), Melissa Wallace (mixed media), Jo Bridge (acrylic) and many more. Mediums comprise of oil, watercolour, photography, mixed media, and sculpture.

Art is always considered a sound investment and with prices ranging from just $100 to $3000, this is an affordable way to start an original New Zealand art collection.

Entry is just $10, while children and students are free. Help support New Zealand Artists by coming along and purchasing an original piece of art.
