Chroma Lab Theatre Workshop with Robert Mignault
Chroma Lab will be an exploration of new ways of making theatre in our modern world. By using various technical and digital tools such as video, web cams, projections and video mixing, it will be about creating unique stories and telling them in contemporary ways.
It will uncover and explore some of the techniques that are used in television, movies, special effects, the internet and various forms of digital communication. We will be learning about creating theatre, working with modern technologies and acting for camera –– a definite must for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the performing arts or broadcasting!

While there will be many opportunities for acting, previous acting experience is not necessary. There will be many ways to participate in non-acting ways through production roles, camera, sound and computer operation, etc. –– depending on individual interest.
The most important criteria are a strong desire to participate and a willingness to engage in the creative process with others.
