Getting there and Parking

· A map of how to find and get to the Auckland School of Business is attached or you can view online here

· The University of Auckland School of Business is located at 12 Grafton Road, just down the hill from Symonds St which is a major bus route. For more public transport options see www.maxx.co.nz

· Casual Parking is available under the Auckland University School of Business (Owen Glenn Building). It costs $4 per hour.

· If you have purchased a pre-paid parking ticket when you registered for Survive and Thrive, here is what you need to do. Drive into the parking area under the Owen Glenn Building and take a ticket from the machine. Bring the ticket with you to the Registration Desk on Level One (Grafton Road level) and we’ll swap your ticket for a prepaid one that you can use on exit. Please note, there is one exit only.

Registration

· Please come to the Registration Desk on Level One (Grafton Road level) when you arrive. We need to give your programme and your all-important coloured envelope (all will be revealed…). Not only will you need your envelope later in the day, but you will also need it to get in and out of the event and to pick up any pre-paid lunch / parking. So do keep hold of it.

· If you need to pay for your registration on the day, we’ll be taking cash and there is an ASB Bank and ASB ATM on the Grafton Road Level of the building.

Food and Drink

· If you have ordered and prepaid for a lunchbox, Deluca’s will have your lunchbox waiting for you to pick up at 12.45 (Upper Foyer, Level 1)

· You are welcome to bring your own food and drink, but if you don’t fancy BYOing then you can buy food and drink onsite at Excel Café and Spicers Café, as well as range of different cafes around the Student Union buildings close by.

Other info

· Bring your business cards – you’ll want to give them out to the people you meet.

· If you need or want to work while you are at Survive and Thrive, you can. WiFi is available throughout the Owen Glenn Building, and access codes are available at the Registration Desk on the day. In the Lower Foyer area there are several computer terminals available for your use during the day.

· Do let us know if you have any support needs.

See you at Survive and Thrive 2010!
