20th Anniversary Tribute Stevie Ray Vaughan Tour

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the death of  guitar legend, Stevie Ray Vaughan who was tragically killed in a helicopter crash in Wisconsin USA on the 27th of August 1990.

 
To Honour and celebrate the life and music of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Tony Painting, singer/blues guitarist, with the Power band will put on an exciting live performance.

Tony Painting (UK)is a well seasoned musician having played with or supported Ozzy Osbourne, UB40, and Robert Plant amongst others including New Zealands own, The Feelers.

Get up and dance as Tony performs hit after hit, perfectly replicating the soulful Stevie Ray Vaughan guitar work and rich vocals. Expect to hear all the classics like 'Texas Flood', 'Love Struck Baby', 'Pride and Joy' and 'Mary Had a Little Lamb' as well as classic SRV style covers of Hendrix - 'Voodoo Child' and Stevie Wonders 'Superstition'.
