KBB Young Performer Competition 2010
Four highly talented string players will compete in the final of the KBB Music Young Performers’ Competition on Saturday 26 June at the University of Auckland School Of Music, beginning at 7.30 pm. Three violinists and one cellist will each give a ten-minute performance in the hope that they will win the opportunity to play solo with the APO in concert. Judges for this competition are Lara Hall (Waikato University), Dean Sky-Lucas (University of Auckland) and Ronan Tighe (Artistic Planning Manager, Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra).
