Introduction to Acting

This course is designed for those who would like to dip their foot in the professional waters of acting, to see if it may be a career option they would like to investigate and/or for those who would simply like to increase their confidence and levels of self expression. We will cover the fundamentals of acting including voice, text analysis, improvisation, scene work and movement. All classes will provide an environment of creative enjoyment, while raising an awareness of the disciplines required to work professionally as an actor. Limited to 16 participants
