The 'Advanced Art Photography' course has been created and designed in response to popular demand from the photographers who have attended 'The Art of Impressionist Photography' and 'Abstract' courses. It is also suitable for those who have some photographic experience. This advanced workshop offers a unique opportunity to further explore a new visual model - moving your photography closer to art with images being created in camera rather than with the use of software. You will work in an advanced mode producing a photo CD of themed images using art photography. You will experiment with offbeat composition, playing with light and emphasising natural colours. Advice on cropping your images for greater impact will also be covered. Participants will also operate in an advanced mode with the Lensbaby and pinhole techniques. Please bring your camera (digital or film), plenty of film, a laptop (if you have one) and/or a memory stick and a blank CD. Bring your lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.
