Quarry Arts Centre Twilight Youth Festival
The Quarry Arts Centre in association with Kre8hope and Transition Town is organising an event for the youth of Whangarei which will also be the closing ceremony for Youth Week 2010.
There will be local and national bands, circus performers, hip hop, art demonstrations, food and alcohol free beverages, stalls, a fire show, a Youth Forum Lounge.

It is now home to a number of arts organizations including the Northland Woodturners and Woodworkers Association, the Quarry Craft Co-op, Northland Craft Trust and the Te Kowhai Print Trust.
