Pick Up Styx, ReSense & FLAP Exhibition at MIC

MIC Toi Rerehiko presents Pick Up Styx by Raewyn Turner, ReSense and FLAP, a collaborative cross sensory presentation by Raewyn Turner and Canadian electronics artist, Diana Burgoyne. This collection is on display at MIC Gallery 321 K Road from 3 September – 8 October.

This interactive exhibit utilises video, smell, sound, electronics and digital media in a collaborative process between two cultures and two communities. All three pieces explore issues of human relationship and environmental concerns, focusing on the under-explored olfactory sense, Raewyn’s most notable practice blended with Diana’s extensive electronic experience.
