An Introduction to Playwriting

Suitable for beginners or writers with some experience but don’t know how to start their next project.  After introductions, the workshop will concentrate on creating a landscape and character.  Participants will have the opportunity to share and discuss their work in a supportive and safe environment.

Timetable:

9.00 catch the Waiheke Ferry from downtown Auckland

9.45 arrive at Matiatia and catch the Rocky Bay bus.

10.17 Arrive at Rocky Bay and walk 50 M up the hill to the Hall.

10.30 Introductions and getting started

12.30pm Lunch either in the Hall or if fine on the beach.  There are no shops at Rocky Bay but tea, coffee, biscuits and cold drinks will be provided.

1.30pm  Creating characters

2.30pm Questions & close.

3.00pm Bus leaves Rocky Bay
