Conflict Management - Arts Management Seminar

This seminar will look at the role of conflict in our work environment and provide some practical tools and strategies to help manage it. In particular it will discuss conflict that can arise between artistic direction and management; between governance and operations; and between different work styles.
Elisabeth is a professional facilitator and has considerable experience in group work and organisational development. Her strategy work is focused on building capability within organisations to support long-term sustainability and success. This seminar is suitable for Producers, Directors, Choreographers, Arts Managers and Board or Committee Members.
The seminar will cover:
• three kinds of conflict: emotional, values & needs
• conflict management skills
• conflict resolution methods
• questions, situations & examples that participants are willing to share
