Wu style tai chi

Tai chi at its simpilist is a defined form of movement and excerise. With practice, it has the capacity for sustained memeory development, focused concentration, release of stress and tension levels in the body, honing balancing and co ordination skills and strengthing the body internally and exterally. I have been practicing for 15 years and have reached a point of recognition for it's sustained benefits, I would like to share with others.

Location/venue: 

I offer Tuesday night instruction from 7.30 -8.30pm at St. Columbia Church hall 92 Surrey Cresent in Grey Lynn.
