Will 'she'll be right' serve you right?

Survive & Thrive 2011 | Will 'she'll be right' serve you right?

Will 'she'll be right' serve you right? Is there ever a time in the creative sector when you can feel certain, ease back, know the work is done and just enjoy the flow of satisfaction?

More likely times are challenging and you feel the constant demand to adapt, to innovate, to grow - to survive and avoid the fate of the moa.

You deserve a stimulating, fun, informative day out with fellow “creatives” at Survive & Thrive 2011.

Now in its third year Survive & Thrive has proven its value to the sector as a unique gathering of creative practitioners, managers and entrepreneurs, as a celebration of who we are, as a place of connecting and networking and for exposure to new ideas, knowledge and skills.

More than 350 of you came last year to hear our key note speaker, to meet one another and participate in workshops, activities and to view the expo; this year we have an even bigger programme.

We are again hosted at the amazing University of Auckland Business School . We begin earlier in the day and finish later to pack in more value for you. We are expanding the workshop programme, attempting to double the size of the expo and planning to extend entertainment options.

It’s all about “fuelling the business of creativity” - connecting, learning and doing what we do better and smarter! We encourage you to take full advantage of the opportunity and to celebrate with us at the end of the day.

ART is an arts and creative industries development agency and a leading investor in growing entrepreneurship in Auckland’s creative sector. The City Councils of Auckland and Manukau created the Arts Regional Trust Te Taumata Toi-a–iwi (ART) in 2000 to manage and grow their combined share of funds provided through the disestablishment of Auckland Regional Services Trust.

To date, ART has invested in a number of significant projects in partnership with other organisations such as the city councils of the Auckland region, universities and government agencies.
