RE-MADE - THE ASSEMBLED WORLD OF PETER SAUERBIER

22 July - 4 September | Opens Thursday 21 July, 6pm

Peter Sauerbier’s fantastical creatures and assembled objects are having an outing! Re-Made explores how Peter preserved social history by re-making discarded ephemera from our households and workplaces into beautiful objects.

Peter’s works are historically significant, referencing the assemblage experiments of NZ and international modernist and Dada artists, and more importantly, for crafting his own unique place within our art history.
