THE WAIHEKE WINTER ARTS FESTIVAL, Queens Birthday Weekend. Sat. 4th & Sun. 5th June and CRAFT PLUS 11 The Artisan Craft Market at the Morra Hall Sunday 5th June.
Discover this annual weekend collection of open artist studios and galleries. Go behind the scenes and enjoy intimate small spaces and award winning artists, relish seasonal treats and island specialities along the way!
Tickets and festival map ($25) will be available soon from the Waiheke Community Art Gallery, the Fullers Ticket Office at Matiatia and the Waiheke i-site (Info Centre) Plan your own itinerary or book a tour. A full day tour will collect from the 10am ferry ex Auckland, visit 10 studios and return to catch the 4pm boat. Tour Tickets $35 per day.(exclusive of festival Ticket)
Be sure not to miss CRAFT PLUS 2011, the imaginative artisan market of designer crafts at the Morra Hall on Sunday 5th from 10 - 3pm, and pop over to the gallery to catch the exhibition Fullers Reclaim To Fame, on until the 13th June.

Waiheke Community Art GalleryThe gallery is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the visual arts and crafts in new Zealand, alongside the distinct cultural activities of Waiheke Island.
