Q Theatre Site Tours
In celebration of the Auckland Festival, Q Theatre is inviting you to take a tour of the soon-to-be completed construction site. This is the first (and only) time general public will be allowed on the construction site, so seize the opportunity to see the work in progress and sign up to a tour.
The special tours promise to be a compelling journey for all those interested in the project and the future of the performing arts in Auckland city.
It is an opportunity to explore the physical realisation of what has been envisioned for the performing arts industry, including a new flexiform auditorium, small performance space and bar/cafe.
Tours run 4.30pm and 5.30pm on Wed 2nd, Wed 9th, Tues 15th and Thurs 17th March.
Site tours will be lead by a member of the Q Theatre team and will last 50 minutes, including a five minute safety induction. This will be a hard hat event, with safety gear supplied on the day of the tour and all attendees must be 16 years of age or over.
