Integrated Dance classes, Te Whaea, Wellington

Integrated Dance classes 2011 start March 5 at Te Whaea, Wellington.

An exciting opportunity for aspiring contemprary dancers to develop your skills in an integrated setting. Don't miss the chance to get involved in integrated dance- a unique dance form that combines dancers with and without disabilities in training events and peformances. 

 Working with contemporary and contact improvisation techniques participants will explore moving in space solo and with others.  The sessions will build body-awareness, self-esteem and are lots of fun. Dancers will gain experience of Integrated Dance methods, whcih will provide skills that can be utilised in your own practice or perfromances.

Express your creativity in motion in a fun and supportive environment,and  extend your capacity to work with a diverse range of movement vocabularies.

The dance studio is fully accessible, and class is open to all levels of ability.
