The popular Envisage series brought to you by CoLab in partnership with FILM AUCKLAND is back this year beginning in March 2011. Our fifth Envisage Program will focus on new developments and opportunities in Transmedia Production and Design with transmedia pioneers Fiona Milburn, Anna Jackson and keynote speaker Gary Hayes (www.personalizemedia.com/). From Sydney, Gary produces and lectures transmedia, virtual worlds, machinima, social media entertainment, augmented reality and marketing.

CoLabCoLab is an interdisciplinary creative technology centre. It aims to facilitate and promote creative practices, research and development, knowledge sharing, innovation and collaboration. CoLab is based on a partnership between AUT University, MIC Toi Rerehiko and arts organizations, practitioners, educational institutions, commercial enterprises, technology developers, industry bodies and communities.
It supports the development and public dissemination of hybrid ideas, research and creative practices through converging technologies, innovative formats, modes and networks. In so doing, it forms a community of enquiry and a physical meeting-ground for creative expression, new media industries and trans-disciplinary educators.
