Weaving the female form

We are very excited to have Wanaka Artist Enger Pelosi-Fear running this workshop for us on Saturday/Sunday March 19 and 20.

Enger will be teaching the art of traditional Harakeke (flax) weaving, her passion stemming from the environmentally sustainable, spiritual practices and values surrounding it and the promotion of traditional Maori ideas. Learn basic techniques and tikanga of preparing and weaving Harakeke while exploring creative expressions of the female form.
