Auckland Poetry Slam

After 3 heats we will have 12 fine poets/performers competing to be Auckland’s 1st Poetry Slam champ, who along with two runner ups will be flown to Wellington to compete in the 1st NZ Poetry Slam.
And you as audience get to judge and choose who wins, so bring open ears and applause.
The winner of this and two runner ups will be flown to Melbourne in March next year to be part of the 1st ever Trans Tasman Poetry Slam.
These events are New Zealand poetry and literature history in the making...
