Be part of NZ poetry/spoken word history, as a participant on stage or as an audience member. Series of poets perform a piece 3 minutes or less, with the audience as judges. Come find poetry/spoken word fun, relevant and with something for everyone.

The top six of the night go into the Wellington Poetry Slam final, where the top 3 of that go into the 1st ever NZ Poetry Slam, with the winner and 2 runner ups been flown to Melbourne in March 2012 to be part of the 1st ever Trans Tasman Poetry Slam...
