Wander through the gardens, just over the road from The Dowse, and view inspiring sculptures. Picnickers are welcome. Shapeshifter is one of New Zealand's premier outdoor sculpture exhibitions and an important charitable event; all proceeds from the event go to local charities.

    The Dowse Art Museum presents a diverse exhibition programme of local, national and international contemporary artists and designers.
