With Louise Taylor

Come share in this wonderful somatic movement practise to RELEASE stress and tension, STRENGTHEN, OPEN, RESTORE, INTEGRATE & REPLENISH your energy

Open to any level of skill and designed to be nurturing and fun!

Anna Halprin’s Movement Ritual, is a body-mind-sensory approach that offers participants new ways of releasing tension and restoring balance.

Movement Ritual is a series of simple natural movements intended to inspire and encourage you to develop your own daily movement ritual, & move in ways that feel good for your body.
Natural movement, so it feels natural to do them, at the same time builds a strong & flexible body, and extends ones’ range of movement.

Movement Ritual is a wonderful way to warm up to dance, as a foundation for creative movement explorations, and as a daily movement practise.

Open to any level of skill and designed to be nurturing and fun!

Wear loose comfortable layered clothing.

“Imagine how alive you would be if your kinesthetic sense were to be heightened and cultivated beyond its present con¬sciousness.”
–Anna Halprin
