Established by Wellington music veterans Ian Pepperell and Kim Leach, Old Studio 9 (OS9) is primarily focused on providing young musicians, promoters and music lovers with a quality live venue and secondly encouraging them to get out there and become involved in the local music industry. OS9 is an alcohol-free venue with atmosphere, a full inhouse P.A, lighting rig and a maximum capacity of 400 attendees. Serving Foxton Fizz soft drinks on site, OS9 hopes to provide an enjoyable alternative to bar venues.
