Metia Interactive Ltd

Metia Interactive Ltd is a game and intellectual property development company based in Auckland, New Zealand.

As well as developing original games and multimedia applications, Metia provides outsourcing services to the interactive game and related industries and offers creative and cost effective solutions for all digital art and development needs from concepts to modelling, texturing to pre-rendered animations.

The team at Metia are made up of traditional and digital artists, animators and programmers. Team members have worked on projects from international game developments to Bro Town animations.

All projects are led by the producer and director Maru Nihoniho.

Metia creaties interactive content for both the commercial and non commercial sectors. Games and applications for the PlayStation to PC, from puzzlers to games with a more serious nature such as educational and e-therapy games.

Metia is also actively involved in developing and packaging 3rd party intellectual property for the commercial market targeting platforms such as the PlayStation and Xbox platforms as well as web, television and film.

Metia is currently licensed to develop for the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3, the Xbox and Apple iPhone and also covers platforms such as PC, Mac and online games.
