Jam Radio

We are an online-only station. Jam provides on-demand streaming of locally made arts/culture/issues programmes.

We are located in the sound area of the Depot Artspace, Devonport. We have a small radio room perfect for making smaller shows involving just a couple of people. This is also the editing and training room. For interviews involving many people, or for recording musicians, radio plays, etc, we use the adjacent Depot Sound recording studio. Both areas are equipped with ProTools software and have a large variety of microphones for different purposes.

We encourage diversity, and aren’t affiliated with any one genre or creative field. To name a few, on the site there are literary interviews, readings, poetry shows, indie, blues, folk and electronica music shows, old style advice columns, education shows, social and political issues programmes and panel discussions.
