QuickFind: Making it quicker to find...

QuickFind header on The Big Idea

The Big Idea has launched a new way of viewing the vast array of information on its website. With thousands of pages of content every month, it can be overwhelming when you just want to find information relevant to you.

QuickFind is The Big Idea’s way of grouping the latest information about a particular creative discipline or geographic region all in one key page. You can see the jobs, events, news, interviews, community members and organisations for any region and/or any creative discipline.

Adding QuickFind navigation to the homepage will make it easier for you to find this content. Have a look and if you can’t find your latest news – then you can use the submit button to add it.

This is part of The Big Idea’s programme of continuous improvement on the website to deliver services that help members of the creative community use digital tools for their networks, employment, business development and find out what is happening in the creative sector.

Both Wellington and Auckland City Councils have been quick to see the advantage of these landing pages. Wellington City Council are using the Wellington region pages to support The Hub at Toi Poneke. Auckland City Council are using QuickFind to actively promote and assist the Auckland region's creative industries.
