New Artwork in NZ

Art Outside the Square was started in April 2010 by Samantha Polatsek and Kelly Smith of the Manawatu, after seeing an opportunity to market a new and innovative idea in New Zealand. Both girls have differing backgrounds with Samantha being a photographer and Kelly a Property Valuer.

With a creative passion and need for a business that would fit into their lifestyles there was an opportunity to bring a new product to New Zealand that appeals to a wide variety of people and for a wide variety of purposes.

Art Outside the Square was born!

The unique product is a contemporary type of artwork which has challenged traditional boundaries, pushing the ordinary two-dimensional photograph into a unique three-dimensional reality.
