The Branch Presents: HALF

For one-night-only, The Branch showcases HALF. An event different from conventional artistic shows, intertwining a time-tabled mix of visual/sound performances with continuous works.

The Branch is a collective of practitioners working across a spectrum of media including film, installation, live music, performance, photography, real-time video experiments, sculpture, sound collage and VJ. Members use this collaborative forum as an artistic outlet separate from individual careers, the focus being to develop a web of ideas raising the outcome of creativity.

With two shows behind us we’ve arrived at a unified collaboration, members have begun to decipher each other’s methodologies and conceptual undercurrents. These varying ways of making are coming together into a series of new works, unbound by any specific genre, exploring the ideas of division, fractal elements and partial truths through a culmination of creative media.
