Hungry! Artist Profile

2007 to 2009, Rosie attended Hungry Creek Art and craft School, where she got her  diploma in art and craft & was awarded top student in her final year.  Rosie went back to study in 2011 at North Tec to do the final year of the BAA of Visual Arts.

Rosie’s works talk about the different characters and personalities we come across in others & ourselves. Her works also reflect the traits of animal and human sexuality and how they mix, relate and could morph into each other. It’s all about choosing the right animal head to go with the body, it can change the body language all together making the image partly humorous but also challenging at the sometime.
