I have recently returned after two years of broadening the mind! Based in London for two years I was fortunate to perform and travel alongside inspiring whanau members of both maori (Manaia Performing Arts Ltd, Ngati Ranana Maori Culture Club) and polynesian (Beats Of Polynesia) performing arts companies and travelled internationally around the UK, Europe, America and Africa! Travelling and performing has given me so many things including worldly experience and confidence and I found it is much more fulfilling travelling for a cultural purpose. The larger the group the better! The response from all performances and educational workshops (choreographed, impromptu, contemporary) were always positive which made me proud to represent New Zealand, Maori and Polynesia! I am looking forward to learning more about my culture, my roots and am excited to begin a 2year Diploma in 'Stage and Screen Arts' at Whitireia Polytech in Wellington.

With a good eye for details, strong initiative and a friendly but hard working attitude I enjoy working in a good team with service and customer focus. Good thought through design and architecture is something that I really like, as well as photography, going on holiday off the beaten track meeting new cultures and people.
