Intention for the Refinery Art Space Residency 2011.

 As multidisciplinary artists our recent artworks have addressed particular concerns regarding mobile temporary architecture and participation.  We aspire to develop artworks that create unique situations, whereby the public become accomplice to the work.  We possess an interest in the local Nelson environment and intend to work in response to the community. This may involve various projects run throughout the residency time period.
We are curious to explore the methods citizens employ to interpret and express their relationship to the places in which they live.  Involved in this discourse are the issues that lie at the core of who we are, and our symbiotic relationship to the objects of everyday life.
