Budgetting and other money resources
Sorted | Budgetting
A budget is a plan of what money you expect to receive and how you expect to spend it. Everyone can benefit from having a budget. It’s one of your best tools for getting sorted.
Income
How much you spend isn’t the only important part of your budget.
How much you earn (your income) also has a big impact on whether you can create a surplus to put towards saving or paying off debt.
Money tracking (cashflow)
A budget helps you plan where you money should be going, but it’s also important to track where your money goes in reality. In financial terms, this is called 'cashflow'.
