Project Twin Streams

Project Twin Streams is a unique large-scale environmental restoration and stormwater management project. It is working to improve water quality in Waitakere streams by revegetating 56kms of streambanks with native trees and shrubs. Using creative methods to engage people’s hearts and minds in reconnecting with their natural environment and raising awareness of environmental issues, is proving to be an essential tool in the success of the stream restoration programme of Project Twin Streams.
