OURS is a refreshingly 'real' approach to filming for NZ children. No cutesy-kiddie, overseas, animated stuff here! It's all about our native creatures, unique land forms and children engaged in environmental care.
OURS aims to nourish both the minds and hearts of young children in NZ.
OURS was launched on DVD in April 2009 by Emma Heke of Red Heke Productions and sales are now in the thousands.
A television adaptation of OURS begins screening on December 14th 2009, three times daily at 7.20am, 11.20 am and 3.20pm until April 18th 2010!
There are 18 episodes of four minute duration. Emma will appear LIVE on Good Morning TV on Thursday December 10th at 11.30am-ish to talk about OURS.
