The New Zealand Society of Authors National Council asked the major political parties in October 2011 for responses to a range of issues of concern to them including The Arts Council, Copyright Infringement, The Public Lending Right, Internal Affairs and the National Library and New Zealand at the Frankfurt Book Fair.
