I am an arts manager/advisor/consultant whose work has encompassed sector development, facilitation, company and project development and management, practitioner development, and audience and capital development.
I am a strategic thinker with an extensive understanding of the development pathways for arts practitioners and the current challenges facing artists, arts organisations and development agencies.
I am committed to facilitating a sustainable and dynamic arts infrastructure which provides a foundation for the development of innovative, contemporary and quality arts and arts access for all New Zealanders.
Since my return to New Zealand in 2007 I have freelanced as an industry consultant, arts advisor, mentor, facilitator and researcher. Recent contracts include Wellington City Council, Toi Whakaari, Playmarket, Q Theatre and Downstage Theatre.
